Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Autoranko, including the website at autoranko.com, the customer dashboard, the Autoranko WordPress plugin and the related APIs (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

1. The Service

Autoranko is automated SEO software. It analyzes your website, plans content, generates articles, images and metadata with AI models, publishes to WordPress sites you connect, and helps you maintain existing content. Features and usage limits depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page. We improve the Service continuously and may change or retire features; if we remove something material from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

• You need a valid email address and a password to use the dashboard. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You may only connect websites that you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for keeping that authorization current.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, tell us promptly through our contact page.

3. Your content is yours — forever

Everything Autoranko generates for you belongs to you. Articles, images, outlines, metadata and every other output created for your sites become yours the moment they are created. That ownership is permanent: it survives cancellation, downgrades, account deletion and refunds. We will never ask you to delete or unpublish delivered content as a condition of a refund or for any other reason.

The material you provide — your site’s content, business details, keywords and instructions — remains yours as well. You grant us a limited license to use it only to operate the Service for you: for example to generate content, to display it in your dashboard and to keep a versioned mirror of your articles. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.

To the extent any rights in generated output would otherwise belong to us, we assign them to you. Please note that AI output can resemble content generated for others, and that the legal protection of AI-generated material differs from country to country.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive or hateful, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
• use the Service for spam, malware, fake reviews, impersonation or other manipulation;
• connect websites you do not control or are not authorized to modify;
• bypass plan limits, probe or disrupt our systems, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it;
• resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Unless the law prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a reasonable chance to respond.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires.

Article allowances reset each month and do not roll over. If we change our prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your first renewal after that notice. Our Refund Policy describes our 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. AI-generated content — please review it

Autoranko uses third-party AI models (such as Claude and GPT models, and image-generation models), accessed through our AI provider KIE. You can choose which model handles each step of the pipeline. AI output can contain errors, outdated information or statements that need context, and it is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

You are responsible for the content you publish. Review articles before relying on them — especially on topics that affect health, money, safety or legal rights — using the review queue or by editing them in WordPress. If you enable auto-publishing, you accept that articles go live without prior human review.

Keyword volumes, difficulty scores and similar metrics shown by Autoranko are AI-generated estimates, not measurements from search engines. We do not promise any particular ranking, traffic or revenue: search engines change their algorithms, and their treatment of AI-assisted content, at their own discretion.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including WordPress (running on your own hosting), Stripe for payments and KIE for AI processing. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We choose them carefully and will tell you about changes that materially affect you.

8. Availability and support

We work hard to keep Autoranko available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and scheduled jobs can be delayed when a third-party service is unavailable. Support is available through our contact page.

9. Ending your use of the Service

You can stop using Autoranko and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires it. When an account ends, content already delivered to your sites stays yours and stays where it is; we delete account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoranko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to defend and indemnify Autoranko against third-party claims arising from content you publish or from your breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the updated Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Autoranko’s operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before your local courts.
